Hi, my name is Phil Deschaine and I'm a web developer residing in San Francisco, California.

I've worked both frontend and full stack roles, but have a stronger aptitude for frontend work. Why? I just have the right combination of attention to detail, an eye for what a good user interface looks (and feels) like, and a vast quantity of experience in that realm.

I've largely worked at small, early-stage startups for my entire career. I prefer this because I like having a massive impact. I like the pressure of knowing that the company's success depends on my output.

I've always disliked the term "10xer" (because it has always felt like a buzzword), but I do self-identify as 10xer. Just ask any of my current / former teammates.
